My life is so fucked up. Maybe it's just me and my decision making skills. I dated a girl a few years ago and messed it up badly. I get a second chance and it started going very well. I loved spending time with her and her daughter. Then what happens? I meet another girl at my cousins apartment. At this point in time i'm not dating either of them but still, i feel terribly wrong about the whole situation. Instead of coming out and telling the first about the second girl, i just stopped talking to the first one. I'm known for my coping strategy of just cutting off communication with people when i fucked up or when someone else fucks up in my book. Anyways, i was wary about this new girl at first because kids are a big part of my life and she didnt really like kids when i first met her. Sometime since i met her, she changed her mind about the whole kids thing without any words from me telling her that it had been a negative thing in my eyes to not like kids much. Now, this new girl is absolutely amazing...she was the basis of my last journal entry. The dilemma now is the fact that i never really terminated whatever was going on with the first girl. I just quit talking to her. I dont want to be an asshole and make it sound like i didnt want anything to do with her because there is absolutely nothing wrong with her, i just found someone that was more in tune with my personality. I want to just not think about it until its brought up but thats not exactly the best course of action... nothing is going to happen with her though. I'm dead set on the new girl.
